Who is Vaunted Labs LLC?
Vaunted Labs LLC is a Delaware-based software studio specializing in custom software development and mobile applications. We design, develop, and deploy digital products including health and fitness applications available on the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions & Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS: Go to Settings > your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions. Find the app subscription and tap "Cancel Subscription."
On Android: Go to Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions. Find the app subscription and tap "Cancel."
Canceling stops future charges. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Apple App Store: All App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support to request a refund.
Google Play: Visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions or contact Google Play Support.
Vaunted Labs does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Your account and data remain intact when you cancel a subscription. You simply lose access to premium features at the end of the billing period and revert to the free tier. If you want your data deleted, see the "Account & Data" section below.
Is there a free trial?
Our apps offer a permanent free tier with core features. There is no time-limited free trial unless explicitly stated within a specific application at the time of purchase. Premium features require a paid monthly or annual subscription.

How do I delete my account?
In-app: Go to Profile > Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Via email: Send a request to admin@vauntedlabsllc.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your account.
Account deletion is processed within 30 days. All personal data including health and fitness information will be permanently removed from our systems.
How do I request a copy of my data?
Send an email to admin@vauntedlabsllc.com with the subject line "Data Export Request." We will provide a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format within 30 days.
How do I exercise my GDPR or privacy rights?
EU/EEA residents can exercise their rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) by emailing admin@vauntedlabsllc.com with "GDPR Request" in the subject line. California residents can exercise CCPA rights by including "CCPA Request" in the subject line. All privacy requests are processed within 30 days.
