1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, mobile applications, or any other services provided by Vaunted Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including applications distributed through the Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

These terms govern your use of all digital products, services, and content made available through vauntedlabsllc.com, as well as any mobile applications published on the Apple App Store and other software applications developed and maintained by Vaunted Labs LLC (collectively, "Services").

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for personal and lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on our software or content without prior written authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, code, designs, and materials available through our Services are the exclusive property of Vaunted Labs LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you voluntarily submit to us, but by doing so you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display such content as necessary to provide our Services.

5. Payments & Transactions

Where applicable, all financial transactions are handled through authorized third-party payment processors. For mobile applications distributed through the Apple App Store, all purchases, subscriptions, and in-app transactions are processed exclusively through Apple's in-app purchase system. We do not directly collect or store payment card information. Refund policies for App Store purchases are governed by Apple's terms and conditions — to request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Some of our applications may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, infrastructure, or user data.
• Employ automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from our Services without written consent.
• Distribute malicious software, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or harm our Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that our Services will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaunted Labs LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

11. Apple App Store Terms

For applications downloaded from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms of Service are between you and Vaunted Labs LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Vaunted Labs LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for our applications and their content.
• The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Vaunted Labs LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to our applications. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.
• In the event of any failure of an application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the application.
• Vaunted Labs LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application, including but not limited to product liability claims, any claim that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the application infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, Vaunted Labs LLC, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Delaware. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
